The YCRC website is hosted as a community service by:

Founded in 1979, the YCRC  has grown to over 3,000 active members, becoming one of the largest of its kind in the country. While its roots are firmly planted in the heart of central PA's dirt track oval racing scene, its interests also include many other forms of auto racing as well. Its membership includes fans, drivers, owners and promoters alike, from all corners of the globe and from many venues of racing.

One of the club's goals is to support and promote the sport of racing, as well as the tracks, fans and sponsors involved. The club has many member events throughout the year, such as club nights at various tracks, car shows, family picnics, bus trips and cruises and more. However, YCRC is much more than just a racing fan's social club!

The Injured Drivers Fund, was created to financially help any YCRC Member Driver, should they suffer an injury and loss of income while racing. Much of the club's time is devoted to the various fund raisers that provide the much needed monies for this fund. Thousands of dollars have been paid out since the Injured Drivers Fund was founded.  The club has also sponsored benefits and fund raising events for the families of those who lost their lives while racing.

YCRC also recognizes the importance of preserving the rich history of the sport. YCRC's annual Hall of Fame Banquet is just one example of how the club helps to raise public awareness, as well as honor the racers themselves for their efforts. The awards and presentations given each year in recognition of the accomplishments of the racing family, past and present, have become a valued and important tradition to the racing community.

For more information on YCRC, any of our events, or becoming a member, we invite you to contact us at any time. Feel free to attend any of our bi-monthly membership meetings which are always open to the public!

See you at the races!

Thanks You

Thanks go out to all the speedways where we recently held club nights. These club nights give all you members the opportunity to visit the tracks and take advantage of your membership. YCRC supports ALL DIVISIONS and we appreciate the hospitality that is shown to us on these club nights. We also want to thank all the winning drivers that donated back their bonus checks to the Injured Drivers Fund.

Like us on facebook and follow the racing action as we begin our York County Racing Club Nights at the various tracks.
